槟榔专用柱

     槟榔专用柱采用强阳离子交换键合硅胶为填充剂，填料为均一的球形颗粒，具有离子交换和疏水作用双重功能。在药典色谱条件下的分离过程中，槟榔碱峰对称性良好，理论塔板数达到12282，远远高于药典规定的“理论塔板数按槟榔碱峰计算应不低于3000”要求。
